• I have recommended Fireshaper many times principally because of Caryn. She is knowledgeable,knows the participants and makes recommendations to different people during the course of their practice so they can get the most out of it. Her Lava class is truly spectacular. The only problem is there is only one of her; I am her biggest fan, not to be too creepy;-)
