I feel refreshed and invigorated after a morning class, and the evening classes help me de-stress after a long day.

• One of the most important elements of any business is to make sure that the first person representing is kind, Cordial and helpful. My wife and I were immediately welcomed even though I had shared that I had not attended this location in several years. It was right before the 7:30 class so we were also accommodated by both by the woman at the front counter and by the instructor. At the end of our class we were not rushed out. We certainly will be back.
