• Facility is great, members are great, coaches and assistants were great. I brought my 16 year old son who's never trained and he left a changed boy. After one class he was a completely different kid. He was full of questions afterwards and was excited for our next class. We had a great time, it was good to be back on the mat after almost 20 years
