• Michael, the instructor, took a lot of time to give me feedback on form. This made me feel very comfortable trying lifts. He was helpful and encouraging. The workout was challenging and well thought out. I love that I can look over and see my son in jiu jitsu. My husband is also in a class there so it has turned into a family activity which I value. Thank you! I'll be back.
