I love the space and the consistency within each class. Even if there is a different teacher, the postures are the same. There is just a lovely energy which draws me back. I find the session very healing in a way that no other yoga class makes me feel. I have tried hot yoga elsewhere and there was no comparison. I always look forward to coming back!
