It was a very challenging class. The heat is intense! I’m not sure I would recommend it to any beginner yogis but if you’re intermediate it’s a great stretch.
The classes are awesome
Very good instructions, sufficient amount of yoga classes per day especially off peak options, good facility to practice with natural light, heating and very pleasant reception staff
