I loved the class, Roz is a fantastic teacher and helpful in my first hot yoga class, the music was great.
I love the friendly no frills vibe of the studio and find all the teachers great / attentive

I really like the primal course and Camille is a very good instructors. I have been attending for two years now and am pleased with the friendly staff and the classes.
I would suggest offering advanced classes to focus on technique for practitioners that have been attending for a while. Thank you. Jaime
