I love hot yoga, the teacher are really good and the whole atmosphere and energy around feels good! I visited most of them franchises and loved each and every one!
Consistently good teaching in a great local studio. You lose a point for not replacing the grotty studio ceiling when you refurbished the floor (lovely, and comfortable) and the showers (fabulous). Thanks, Denise

Excellent Teacher knows her stuff takes you out of the comfort zone encrouges you to achieve the poses & enjoy the class big shout out to the teacher
It is a great way to stay fit in a healthy way caring for both stretch and strength, the teachers are lovely and knowledgeable. I didn't give a 10 because I know that for those who invest in it spiritually as well, I cannot agree to that.
I love the deep core class. Perfect way to end the week and always sleep well. Ready for Monday morning.
