• Never have I once had a bad cut from any Fellow Barber location, but Xavier in SoHo makes me look like a goddamn movie star every time I walk out of that place. If I could afford it, I’d see him every week.

• It was a holiday weekend, therefore the shop was not busy nor crowded, and my appointment wait time was extremely minimal. The service was outstanding, and my stylist was receptive towards my desired look. The conversation we shared was entertaining, and enjoyable. My stylist was very professional, and yet down to earth. One improvement I'd like to see, is the ability to tip through the POS system. I wasn't stoked about pulling cash out of the ATM machine. However, I will give credit to the fact that the machine was in house, but it is 2019 & I'd imagine people don't really carry much cash around. However, if the reason is because NY state will tax those tips, then I understand, if not, I'd like that feature in the future.
