• Class was amazing, Ally was so welcoming and it was only my second class so her encouragement was so comforting! I got such a good workout after taking a few years off of yoga. I'm a former collegiate athlete so I'm going through a tough time with my body image/transition out of lifting and this made me feel so good about myself!
