• I loved the upstairs studio space with windows and it was not overcrowded. The class was on time, well organized and the instructors did a great job clarifying poses and allowing for individualization.

• The studio is VERY clean; the classroom is spacious; the locker rooms are spacious and well equipped with toiletries and ample, private showering stations; signing up online is easy, and the Instructors are knowledgable and run a great class (some are friendlier than others 😉). Overall I enjoy the workout .
