I actually recommend someone as soon as I got out of my appointment I have been coming here for a few months but this time my experience was great I love that my waxer has conversations with me meanwhile doing the most painful pulls of a wax. I'll keep coming here!

I took the wrong exit was going to be 5 minutes late flustered called your rancho location the girl was sweet enough to say you called the wrong location but said she would call the Covina location and let them know and she did! Beyond grateful excellent customer service!
