Facial Suite - West Covina

I give it more stars! Facial Suite is the place to be for relaxation, best facials ever! I recommend it to all my friends and families. Thank you to the lovely girls who work there, they are super friendly and so knowledgeable. Can't wait for my next appointment :)

Made an appointment for a wax and was impressed with how clean and inviting the place was. Prices are comparable to what you find at other places and I like that they use a hard wax. My waxer was great and managed to get those stubborn hairs. Service was great all together.

Honestly its because of the service Angeli gives me every time I come for service. Professional and just a breath of fresh air. She always has me walking out of my appt feeling relaxed and skin looking refreshed! She also educates me on how ro care for my skin to truly see results. Wishbthey offered services that they would in the past though.

I've been coming here for a while, especially the West Covina location, every time I go an esthetician is gone. I will no longer be coming back. A business should have retention, especially if clients love certain employees.

My sister gifted me a gift card and I recently visit for my first time at Facial Suite and Emma made me feel super comfortable and did an amazing job explaining everything she was doing. Extremely relaxing and such a great service.

Don't pass this by just because we're in West Covina and not on Beverly Hills. This Suite definitely has everything to offer and more! I decided to get myself a hydra facial, and it was amazing!
Karen was very gentle and soft , which was perfect for my face. I feel like a new person walking out ! My skin looks flawless after the facial! COME HERE YOU WONT MISS OUT! definitely coming back!

I had a wonderful service at the Facial Suite. Thank you Breanna for my Hydroderm facial treatment. I felt very relaxed. I appreciate that Breanna checked in with me throughout the service to make sure I felt comfortable. My skin feels soft, supply and rejuvenated!

It was a very clean, relaxing atmosphere. I felt the products used were great and saw instant results. My esthetician was professional and knowledgeable. I'm definitely going back!

My sister gifted me a facial glow at Facial Suite for my birthday and I LOVED it! Anjeli is my go to esthetician - she is gentle, knowledgeable, and gives me lots of recommendations regarding my skin issues. It was such a great experience that I get a facial every month now! My next appointment is this Saturday and I'm excitedddd. My skin is better than ever, there is definitely less texture which is what I wanted.

Attentive esthetician who listened to my concerns and followed through to make sure i was happy with service. Also, seemed very informed and did not make me feel like she was pushing me to purchase products i did not need. Lastly, i appreciated that she made note of my past visit in regards to my concerns and comfort.
