The service is amazing. Roxanne called me the day before to confirm my appointment. When I got there, I arrived early, she greeted me and let me know Jacquelyn was in with another client and would be with me shortly. Roxanne and Jacquelyn are both very polite. Jacquelyn talked to me throughout my entire waxing session and made sure I was comfortable.
