This was my first time getting a facial, I specified this upon my arrival and to Cassandra. She didn't try to "sell" me more than what I needed. She was honest,told me what would work and what wouldn't and made me feel very comfortable. She explained step by step what she would do and as she went along. Cassandra wasknowledgeable with the equipment and the products she used on my face. The entire process down the the massage was amazing.
