On the website, the description of services was very thorough and the appointment was easy to book. When we arrived, my wife was promptly escorted to the back to begin her treatment. When I returned, she had not yet finished so I was offered a seat in the lounge area to wait for her. The facility was clean and well decorated, and the atmosphere was very calming. My wife was very happy with her facial, and she was offered a free add-on for her birthday. The staff could not have been more friendly.
