The ambience was everything really. The aura was phenomenal, it made me genuinely feel so relaxed. I sat in the quiet room & even then I felt so relieved & stress free. I only went in for a wax, I can only imagine how wonderful it be to go in for a facial or a massage.

I had Juliane as my esthetician and she was very nice and explained everything she was doing and asking if I was okay along the way. She also recommended what to do for my skin. The workers are also very nice and informative.
