• Delivery of services from before starting with setting up the appointment until the time I arrived, during my one-on-one with the doctors and their staff all the way through post- purchase of my products by the doctors, staff and cashiers and concierge all educating about my products, scheduling my next appointments and providing me assistance due to my disability.
