• The only reason I didn't give 10 is the pricing is quite high. Not saying it's wrong because the services are top notch, and you get results, so value for money spent which just doing good business. But I did consider it a factor preventing a perfect score.

• Loved my experience with the facial! But got home and the product I purchased had been opened and empty. Frustrating because I wanted to use it and due to work hours I can't easily get back in to get it immediately
