• First, LINDA went out of her way to help me adjust my appointment, so I could make my mothers Parkinson's doctors appointment. Second Adriana, reviewed the past two laser appointments notes and confirm them with me. And had me out the door in an hour and 20 minutes. Vs. last time two hours. While checking out I asked for Linda to help me with an accounting question. Some beautiful woman was able to answer my question and assured me that she would put through a credit. Somehow I ended up with two of the same therapies for Christmas present. Myself , wife, kids have been coming for years and I haven't witnessed this office run so efficiently in the past. What a great way to start out the new year professional, accommodating, accountable! Great job!!!
