• The staff was so nice and helpful, everything was explained in detail what was going to happen so there were no surprises. It was my first time having Ultherapy, there were times it was a little uncomfortable but the girl (sorry I can't remember her name) doing the procedure cheered me on and would let me know how many pulses left to go, that helped immensely.
