• My face was in the worst shape it has ever been in my 36 years of life. The staff (Stephanie in particular, she really cares. She's so awesome) has helped to transform my face back to normal and gave me my self confidence back. Eventhough we still have a ways to go, I trust her, the staff and the process and look forward to seeing how much more my face will change for the better with continued treatment.

• Courtney is skillful and knowledgeable. However, I resent being "required" to pay 55$ for a consultation that your business has established as the requirement. I expressed my feelings and was told I could not receive services unless I accept this business model. I have been a regular customer for years. Seems if you require it, it should be free.
