  • Gina is very knowledgeable, well informed, professional, patiently answering all of my questions. During the procedure, she explained every step of the process using the Splendor X. She also helped by answering question regarding permanent hair removal for my 13-year old daughter. I've purchased a package for myself, and scheduled an appointment for a construction for my daughter in 4 weeks. The facility is modern and beautiful. It's very nice, but Gina's skill and customer service are what will have me coming back, not just for myself, but also with my daughter.
