It was a great welcoming studio! I haven’t been on my mat in about 2 years and was a bit nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted with a warm welcome and quickly felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for allowing me to join in your studio and practice with you.

Loved the teacher and the friendliness. She was very soothing and I learned some things that I had never done in previous places. The decor is also very relaxing and beautiful! And I love that its close to where I live.

This place is wonderful. It has that warm and welcoming energy as soon as you walk into the studio. All the instructors are knowledgeable and kind. Fort McMurray is so lucky to have this beautiful space.
