  • The practice was a good range of movements that I felt related well to the pelvic floor PT’s suggested movements to loosen and relax the pelvic floor in preparation for labour. One of my main reasons for wanting to do yoga was to get breathing exercises again and just have reminders to breathe through the movements which was well done. My only complaint as I said to Helen was the sound, I found it difficult to hear. Otherwise it was so nice to have a practice at home, on a Sunday during nap time. I plan on coming back next weekend ❤️
