My first massage in years and I came in due to low back stiffness and soreness. Kate really worked on all the target spots and found areas I hadn't been aware were likely causing problems. No stiffness last night or today when getting out of bed or changing positions like before and I'm bending without pain. Appropriate Covid precautions and calm atmosphere. So happy with the great experience.
