Bonnie was super friendly at the desk. I felt very safe being asked to wait in my car so that I was the only guest in the waiting area or halls when it was my turn. Massage room was also very clean. It's clear you've taken a lot of measures to protect staff and guests alike. And Jessica Ward was awesome, as always. My wife and I have been coming for years and always try to get in Jessica's schedule.
