• The salon is beautiful and the stylists are kind and patient. I've been to other stylists who get annoyed when I dont know what I want. But your stylists were very helpful. Also I love that you specialize in curls and cut hair dry! Liv was wonderful! Jason did great with my mother as well 😊

• Everyone was very patient and they don't put just anything in your hair. They do everything to make sure they aren't damaging it. Olivia even made sure i madeit out to my car down the street safely because it was dark by the time i left. Great service!

• I learned so much about my hair and learned that I am doing things right - I wasn't ever made to feel like I was doing something "wrong" or made to feel bad about my hair routine or my feelings about my hair. I was directed to products that are the same and different from what I have been using so I can expand my usage. Related to that, when I tried to purchase a larger bottle than I needed, I wasn't upsold - which I greatly appreciated being on a budget! I was treated kindly and with respect. I had a great time while I was in the salon and never felt like I had to wait or that my time was being "wasted." Everyone was very friendly and my hair turned out AMAZING thanks to Destiny! I have never been a consistent haircut person, but I definitely will be making the drive from Cincinnati to Columbus again in September!
