• Upon walking into the salon, I was instantly greeted by an assistant behind the service counter. He offered me a beverage, and if I had been to the salon before. When I told him no, he gave me a bit of background about the salon, and what I should expect. I was lead back to my chair by another assistant not too long after. Chey asked me a ton of questions, which made me happy because she was considering my needs and wants in the experience. They took their time doing my hair, and I had NO anxiety the whole time. Its hard for me to trust stylists with different experiences I have had; but they made me so comfortable, I just let them do their thing. Chey and her assistant took their time to finger detangle my curls( about an hour +). They didn't tug my hair, and I did not feel any pain or discomfort. My hair turned out BOMB! It was trimmed and shaped perfectly without me losing too much length. I am so happy! I was shaking my head all day long after lol. I WILL be back!
