• They’re always so friendly and welcoming. Coat gets hung up and you get offered a drink. They’re also really accommodating especially when I just wanted to sit down and watch on my phone. The haircut always looks fantastic at the end of it too. The hair massage partway is just the cherry on top of this cake.
