• Kiyoshi knows how to listen and explain his opinion in a polite way. He is also experienced in dealing with various kinds of Asian hair so he can recommend what to do when I don’t have clear idea as what I want to do with my hair. Another lady who washed my hair was also friendly from the moment I walked in and left the store. I forgot to mention that I like my haircut. haha

• There was a very friendly vibe to the place! Miya did my hair and she was very thorough with her questions and followed through with exactly what I wanted. The full body mirror was a shock but not as awkward as it sounds. Very good experience! So thank you!!

• Before booking I emailed to which hairstylist they recommend as to what type of service I wanted what hair type I have and other preferences I wanted and they emailed back and recommended eriko. I booked my appointment to get a haircut and chose Eriko as the hairstylist. I showed her what kind of cut I wanted. We discussed which hairstyle was suited for me, better to bring photos of what hair you wanted ( I got mine from Pinterest and showed her the different angle and how I wanted it to look like) after discussing we went to cut my hair. Also, I have an Asian and thick hair and she made it thinner, she went back and forth to check and cut my hair over and over again to fully achieve what I wanted. The service was very nice, and the ambience is nice. I definitely recommend this shop. Will be coming back soon.
