Diane and Magen are both great. They know me well and still don't assume everything, i.e. they ask good questions and really listen to my wants and needs. All front desk ladies [Gianna, Elisa, and (Jamie?), please forgive misspellings] are always warm and welcoming. These touches are genuine too. I don't feel like someone has had to enforce niceties. It's just a nice environment and well run. Well done, Enzo team!
