The attention to the client. From the time you walk in, the client is the focus. When you are talking with your stylist or technician, they are asking all the necessary and relevant questions, to make sure they understand what it is you want or need. There is a connection, or bond that is created. A sense of "I'm in the right place", and wanting to return.
