• I've always had positive experiences with everyone working at EnvyMe. Everyone is respectful, polite, and positive. The customer service is amazing. I love my hair afterwards too. And people have always been willing to work with me-- this time I didn't detangle after removing old braids. But someone explained the price changes including the detangling service to me, and the person detangling my hair was extremely gentle while combing my hair. The person braiding my hair was also very quick without compromising the quality of the style. I also appreciate getting a call or text to confirm my appointment. I always share where I got my braids done when someone asks. Overall, I enjoy my experiences at EnvyMe.
