• Service from initial booking to hair getting done was top notch. Communication was clear and concise including prep work for hair and what to expect in terms of service. My daughter said Kay was very nice to her and she loved how neat and beautiful her knotless braids came out. I was also surprised at how quick the service took, which was under 4 hours. I'll book again.

• The entire process was relaxing and enjoyable. From the time I walked in i was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. And even when i was walking to the back to get my hair washed anyone who made eye contact with me said hello. Landon was perfect. She explained everything she would be doing and showed me all the products she would be using. She spoke highly of her coworkers and the salon and even though she wasn't feeling well she was cheerful and accommodating. You can tell a lot of good people work there.. but whoever is giving the customer service training is phenomenal.

• The service was great! The way Dani does my hair is always exceeding expectations. I was really afraid at how my hair would come out because it recently have been coming out due to vary factors but she made it look so good! I cannot stop looking in the mirror. And they were right! Once you go boho you never go back lol.
