• From booking to the actual appointment, the entire process was incredibly professional and well organized. I received multiple confirmation messages, checked in electronically, was greeted as soon as I got to the door, and handled with the utmost care and respect while getting shampooed, conditioned, and styled. Great experience! And huge props to Lalitha, the main stylist that worked on my hair. She was a sweetheart! She communicated everything she was planning, how my haircut was going to go, and what shape my hair was in. Thank you!

• The appointment was great from the arrival/ check in to the shampoo, which I always look forward to. If the shampoo process is half ass the appointment goes down hill from there. There's nothing more disappointing than dirty hair and itchy scalp after a shampoo. Which, was not case at envy me. I would've loved to be educated on what I should be doing to my hair when I'm not getting it done, to keep up a healthy regimen. Wether, it's to do nothing, but book appointments every two weeks or once a month, or rotating bwt hot oil and protein treatments, if I have any breakage concerns, some sort o feedback. I'm not a client that comes in the shop just to keep a cute style. I'm looking for a longterm stylist who can help me keep a healthy head of hair. I'm not given up.
