The teacher was great and I liked the mantra/intention of self-forgiveness
The staff is lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable. They will answer any questions you have or just talk to you about life. The yoga is always awesome, the space is well-kept. Always gotta love the towels at the end too! I recommend to anyone and everyone.
I really enjoyed my first two times coming to this studio. The yoga room is very spacious and roomy which I really love, there’s plenty room for everyone. The temperature is very comfortable and not overly hot. I’ve been to many hot yoga studios where they warm up the room with a steamer or heat lamps and this studio does a nice job of keeping the temperature stable and while you are flowing your body warms up. I really loved both instructors they were both well versed and both classes were challenging but I was able to follow along. The bathrooms were very clean and the front desk ladies are super nice and friendly. Over all, I’m happy with my experience here. I would recommend it.
