Empower yoga is a great studio with lots of incredible instructors. My personal favorite is Angelique. I love the space and set up and everyone has been really friendly, students and staff. I also really love the eucalyptus towels at the end of practice!
From the very first time I walked into Empower Yoga, I was greeted with a smile. The staff all go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and that you belong. The classes are all amazing, as are the instructors. Every class is challenging and fun at the same time.. As a beginner I have a long way to go in my yoga practice, but I leave every class feeling stronger, accomplished and proud of my efforts... not to mention rejuvenated and less stressed.

The online classes have been great! Michael's class has a great pace and was creative. I always feel great afterwards. :)
Brianna is a great teacher. She radiates positivity and good energy and makes class challenging and exciting even through zoom.
