Friendly staff met me at the door! The yoga class was powerful and sweaty, just like I had hoped! Good job, Empower Yoga!
It was great to be back in the immaculate Empower Yoga studio. I felt very safe in my practice. Social distancing is responsibly enforced. The room is now warm, instead of hot. I had no trouble breathing with a mask on throughout practice and I also could hear the instructor loud and clear. The Mats are separated and as always cleanliness and sanitizing processes are in place. Great experience!
