Ciara is an amazing, the class is easy to follow and never the same. The facility is pretty clean and building has an elegant decor with a bit of plants 🪴 I look forward to joining the silver membership and start attending yoga and other classes too. The best thing I've ever done to manage fatigue & improve strength. Thanks!

All the instructors are very knowledgeable and are able to personalise movements to your ability. Studio is gorgeous and has such a lovely and supportive vibe. Thanks Ciara for creating such a wonderful space.
