I chose 10 because I think the Empower Pilates instructors are incredibly talented at what they do. I think they are the best by far. They run really creative and challenging classes giving all participants options for their level of practice. I love Empower Pilates. 🌻

I absolutely love Pilates and have been coming to Empower ever since it opened. Ciara has done such a marvellous job with this beautiful studio. I tell everyone I know about it! I have also recently become a mum and throughout my pre and post partum period I practiced Pilates almost every single day. The instructors were all so amazing at accomodating me, changing up the exercises to suit my needs and ensuring I felt comfortable and safe at all times. I am so grateful to have discovered Empower ❤️
