The class is a mix of treadmill, free weight exercises, and rowing that keep you working hard! The small class size ensures personalized attention from the instructor(s) and continued oversight on proper technique. I really enjoying seeing the monitor display of my heart rate, calories burned etc. Plan to be sore the next day but yet feeling great!
