I LOVE Jake's Elliptica + weights/toning class as you get a bit of everything-cardio and strength training. I also love that the room is dark and his music is always motivating. He is all around a great instructor who knows how to motivate the class. Lindsey is one of the best teachers/humans as she has it all. Her wonderful, cheerful personality shines through in all of her classes. She is super positive and her class is always fun and challenging with great background music. I especially like her continued instructions on areas of focus and proper alignment and form so that one knows exactly what part of the body is being isolated. She also always changes things up and it's never the same class. Her cheerful disposition is contagious and I walk out of the class on a positive note! Her classes go by fast! Love, love Lindsey!
