My instructor Izzy was just incredible. During the workout she explained everything we were doing and why we were doing it, and I now realize how helpful that was. She was so kind and the best elliptical instructor I have ever had. when I woke up this morning I already felt more muscular and in better shape and ready to attend more classes with Izzy!! Overall wonderful experience, and that's all thanks to Izzy!!
