the person instructing me was interested in physical issues I was experiencing when I came to the session and adapted her plan accordingly. She was very helpful given I was completely unfamiliar with the reformer and some other equipment in the studio and I have very limited pilates experience. She made me very comfortable in the unfamiliar surroundings. Plus my body has felt better after each session.
The teacher Melanie really knows her stuff!
