I love the teachers. They are very knowledgeable and articulate
I really love Ellie Herman, no matter which location, the quality stays consistent. I like the mixed classes, they give me opportunities for multiple times but let me Do an easier version of exercise when I need it. But most of all I like the focus on your spine and breathing. I've gone to many places who don't take that into consideration at all it's all about how much weight you can put on the machine how fast you can go, and that's not real Pilates. I do wish the eighth Avenue location had more metered parking but I would still go back.
