• I was impressed with the great customer service. I wanted to freeze my membership because I was not traveling as much and did not need to be as fabulous😊 The young lady was kind and helpful. I was able to use my unused membership for the COVID months....pause and start up again in a few months. I was impressed and will continue because I feel the customer service was excellent! I also felt safe and comfortable with the safety precautions in this time, which is also comforting and impressive!
