I've contacted a local journalist who can (possibly) help with this situation (Doubtful of the funds), but at least the public can know what this business did to customers. Staff members, I would appreciate it if you could voice your side of this situation.

Unsure what to do or where to go about this. I was part of the Ella Bliss membership and had multiple gift cards (totaling about $300), and I had my membership on hold from September to December due to traveling. I tried calling this week, but the number is disconnected; the website no longer exists.

I needed my nails done for a wedding I was going to be in the following week. I didn't have a go-to place but I picked Ella Bliss because of the ability to book online through their website. After my visit, this is my new go to spot! It has everything I've ever wanted in a nail salon.
The location in highlands ranch has good parking, is a big building & very pretty/modern inside. I got a pedicure with regular polish & my first dip manicure. All the staff members were very nice & my tech even helped me pick a great toe color as I was trying to go for something neutral but fun & what I originally picked was too clear.
I love the cocktail/coffee bar (it was one of the main reasons I chose this place) but sadly I can't have caffeine or alcohol at the moment so I didn't partake. My nails turned out awesome & the appointment was efficient yet relaxing. Another bonus is an easy regular payment system at the end especially for tipping. I hate the cash only spots or other confusing things since I don't carry cash so I appreciate being able to do everything on the register screen. Good concept but kind of a hit or miss on each person. Not bad, just some provide great services and others are OK. If you find someone who gives you excellent service, make sure you get their name so that you can schedule with them next time. I absolutely love the ability to schedule on my own whenever I feel like it and be able to select individuals using their website or app, this is one of the biggest benefits!
Pre pandemic it was tough to schedule same or next day. Now it's pretty easy and that's what I love! On the fly appointments.
Pre-pandemic. I ended up canceling the membership because I wasn't using the services fast enough, but this was due to my scheduling and needing to schedule same or next day. I wanted to find a special place to take my daughter for her first mani/pedi at a salon. This spot was perfect!
I made our appointments over the phone a couple of weeks in advance. Upon arrival, we ordered drinks (OJ for her, mimosa for me) from their drink menu which was fun. They were very prompt when it was our time and we were able to both get our pedicures at the same time. They have a small cute chair for little ones to sit at and were super patient with her. Our results were great!
The salon felt very clean and Marissa and Aspen were very kind and efficient! I'd definitely come back and am also considering joining their membership program to get special pricing and perks. In addition to nails, they have other services like blowouts, waxing, facials, and massages. I was an employee there and got one day notice of their shut down due to the lawsuit no one is getting their money back lots of employees still have not gotten their funds.

I was on a monthly membership package and they have a lot of my money. Does anyone know how to get it back now that they're closed? I had no warning and nobody offered to return my money before they closed down. And I don't know who to call.

My nails were done 2 weeks ago today.
I had a dip completed.
Since then I had to go back in to have one fixed
that completely fell off. In the meantime I have had 2 other
nails break. This was my first and last time
visiting Ella Bliss. I paid close to $90.00

I made a split decision to get a pedi on Saturday morning and was able to use their easy online booking to snag an apt with Anne before closing. I had never been here before and was sad there were no massage chairs, but Anne's outstanding attention to detail and calf massage (i got the spa upgrade) more than made up for it. I got a hot tea while I waited, someone came by during my service to check on me and offer a refill which was nice.
The place was very clean, the staff was kind, the color selection was good, great conversation, and a fabulous experience. I will definitely be back and will book with Anne again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
