• Katrina, who did my blowout, is consistently excellent with her high quality of service. This is the third blowout I have had from her. As a multiracial Latina, I have very curly, textured hair. I don't let just anyone treat my hair as a result, because it requires specialized knowledge. Katrina not only knows how to work with my curls; but also demonstrates a high degree of cultural competence when treating my hair and chatting with me. This enables me to recommend her, and Ella Bliss, as a consequence, to other patrons of color. I trust the quality of her service and person.
