                                                                            Please read carefully below about our policies and other helpful tips prior to your scheduled appointment.                                                                             Cancellations/Rescheduling: We kindly request 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made without 24-hour notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

                                                                            Late Arrivals: We kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to each appointment. An appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee applied after 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. If possible, we will modify the appointment based on the time remaining and the original price of the appointment will be charged.

                                                                            Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. No Checks or Visa Gift Cards will be accepted.

                                                                            Credit Card on File: We require a credit card on file to hold all appointments made over the phone or via online booking. No exceptions. This card will only be charged upon the completion of services or in the instance of a late cancellation or no-show occurrence.

                                                                            Gift Cards: Ella Bliss Beauty Bar Gift Cards/Gift Certificates can be used at all Ella Bliss locations for services, products and beverages/snacks. A Gift Card cannot be used toward gratuity. No cash value and gift cards expire 5 years from date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges on gift card purchases.

                                                                            Booking Upgrades: Please be mindful to book any desired upgrades ahead of your service time to ensure we will have enough time to accommodate the service. Please be sure to book shellac, gel or dip removal if you have any of these products on your nails. Please note we are not able to remove acrylics and they must removed prior to your service at Ella Bliss. Please note that your service will be modified to accommodate any removal necessary and charged for the original appointment scheduled.

                                                                            Requested Service Provider: Please note your service provider booked online or over the phone is not always guaranteed and can change without notice. If you would like to request a specific service provider please give us a call and we would be more than happy to accommodate your request.

                                                                            Pets: We adore your pets, but unfortunately no animals are allowed in any of our locations out of respect for potential allergies and our sanitation standards. Service dogs are the only exception to this rule.

                                                                            Health and Safety: By state law we must refuse service to anyone who seems to have any kind of communicable foot, hand or skin disease. A licensee shall not perform services on a client if the licensee has reason to believe the client has a unhealthy condition; communicable disease, contagious conditions, skin or nail tissue that is inflamed, infected, broken, raised, swollen; or an open wound or sore in the area affected unless the client provides written authorization from a licensed physician.

                                                                            Prenatal Massage: For safety reasons we are not able to perform massage in the first trimester of a pregnancy. Please be sure to book a prenatal massage if you are pregnant and inform us how far along you will be at the time of the appointment.
